Shops and mobile inspectors who will look a car over before you buy it, each with a flat price upfront. Optional, and arranged directly between you and the inspector.
"AutoRadian-listed inspector" means exactly this: the inspector applied, confirmed they carry liability insurance and will provide proof if asked, verified a business phone number by text, and a person reviewed the application before it went public.
Inspectors listed on AutoRadian are independent businesses, not AutoRadian employees. An inspection is optional and is arranged directly between the buyer and the inspector. AutoRadian receives no payment from inspectors and takes no share of what you pay one. AutoRadian does not employ, certify, or warrant inspector services. Inspection findings and liability remain entirely between the customer and the inspector.
AutoRadian is paid by car sellers' listing fees and by nobody else. An inspection is priced by the inspector, paid to the inspector, and none of it comes to us.

What’s included, per the inspector
I come to the car. Cold start, full road test, on the lift where there is one and on ramps where there is not. Frame, rockers and subframe checked by hand, OBD-II live data, brake and tyre measurements written down. Photographs of anything I find, emailed the same day.
